Transport Service Senter

For the purposes of improving and widening the rage of transport services in 2008 there was organized a system of transport service centers (hereinafter - TSC) of the JSC “Kaztransservice” in Almaty, Astana, and Actobe. The main goal of TSC is complex and quality rendering of transport services that in its turn also economizes the time and efforts.

The main functions of TSC are:

• Handling the applied transportations, execution of documents and making “one window” transport calculation;
• cargo container transport planning;
• “door-to-door” cargo delivery by means of vehicle;
• Broadened list of services;
• marketing policy promotion of the JSC “Kaztransservice”;
• Making the contracts on the services rendered by TSC.

The most important condition for goal achievement of TSC is secure and quality fulfillment of obligations assumed by the JSC “Kaztransservice” when taking payment for rendering a complex of services offered to the client.
